Founded by Turtle and Jamie Lee, this unique space combines artisan small-batch coffee roasting with a thriving garden dedicated to food justice and Indigenous wellness.

Turtle, a passionate roaster, infuses the café with warmth and creativity, while Jamie Lee brings deep knowledge of sustainable gardening and community nourishment. Together, they’ve created a gathering place where people can enjoy handcrafted beverages while learning about food sovereignty, cultural healing, and local resilience.

With support from Pacific Northwest Tribal Lending, Turtle’s Café & Garden was able to grow their business and deepen their impact in the community. Their story reflects the heart of our mission—empowering Native entrepreneurs with tools that honor culture, remove barriers, and create lasting opportunities.
