Cideahzia Barnes’ story is one of vision, courage, and community impact. With support from Pacific Northwest Tribal Lending, she launched Sanctuary Salon—a space she built from the ground up to reflect her values, talent, and dream of Indigenous-led beauty and wellness.

As a licensed stylist and passionate entrepreneur, Cideahzia brings more than skill—she brings heart, purpose, and a commitment to making people feel seen and empowered.

Most recently, she joined the team at Argyle Salon, bringing her leadership and experience to a collaborative, Native-led space. While Sanctuary Salon remains part of her journey, her path reflects the many ways Native entrepreneurs grow and adapt—investing in their communities, supporting each other, and expanding their impact.
